In the heart of the Lake District, this 4-star woodland estate offers a luxury spa, award-winning dining and 35 acres of scenic grounds. Langdale Hotel is a 10-minute drive from Ambleside.
Rooms at Langdale each have a modern bathroom with designer toiletries and luxury robes. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi and an iPod dock, and the beds have Egyptian cotton sheets. All the rooms are located in the historic building around 50 metres from Stove restaurant and Langdale Fitness and Leisure facilities.
Wainwrights’ Inn is a traditional pub with open fires and real ale, whilst on-site there is informal dining in Stove Bar and Restaurant overlooking a working water wheel.
Langdale Fitness and Leisure facilities have an indoor swimming pool and a fully equipped fitness centre.
Guests can relax in the whirlpool bath, steam room or tropical showers. Brimstone spa is available for pre-booking at extra charge for residents only and offers beauty treatments and thermal experiences. Surrounded by rolling hills and gentle streams, Langdale Hotel is situated in Chapel Stile. Free on-site parking is available, and the shores of Lake Windermere are within a 10-minute drive.

You will be randomly allocated your ticket number(s) when ordering and you will receive an email confirmation.

If all tickets do not sell out, the draw will happen on August 10, 2025 regardless.
You must answer the competition question correctly to be entered into the live draw. Incorrect entries will not be notified or entered into the live draw.
You may enter the competition online or for free by post by sending your entry to DreamTech Competitions Ltd on a postcard. The live draw will take place on the DreamTech Competitions Ltd Facebook page using Google’s random number generator to select the winning ticket number from all Entrants.
